Meet the Teacher Night
Sports Physicals
Friendly reminder that to ensure the safety and eligibility of all student athletes, a completed sports physical will now be required before students can participate in any tryouts. This step helps confirm that students are cleared to participate without restrictions.
Families can choose to have their child’s physical completed by their healthcare provider and submit the documentation to the East Campus school office at the start of school or before the beginning of a season. The physical form is attached to this message. Forms are also located in all school offices, as well as on our school website.
To make this process easier for families, we will be offering on-site sports physicals during our “Meet Your Teacher” night as an optional service. Physicals will take place in our East Campus ELOP classrooms from 4:30-6:00pm (first come, first serve). In addition, the mobile health dignity van also offers low-cost sports physicals in the area and is available as a resource. Please see their website and location schedule for more information.
One physical will cover your child for all athletic sports throughout the school year.
