At McSwain School, one of our main goals is to teach our students 21st century leadership and life skills. While academics are important, developing the whole child through The Leader in Me is paramount for student success. In order for our students to reach their full potential, we want them to acquire the following skills:
- Problem solving
- Initiative and self-direction
- Cross-cultural skills
It is crucial that we model and encourage paradigms of leadership, potential, change, motivation and education with our students.
